Job description
The role of Middleware Specialist within Web Middleware Enablement team is as an individual contributor responsible for providing IT services in a billable project/engagement role.

As a member of a team or working independently they perform a technical role in support of the solution construction, implementation and system integration for a customer’s total Infrastructure Software environment. The role requires delivering high quality service to clients in response to complex business requirements and resolving all incident, preventing the defects, dealing with client’s requests etc.. The role requires providing technical advice to project managers, team leaders and well as giving technical direction to team members including IBM, subcontractors, or client personal.
